In order to achieve highest amount of results as possible, you need both time and effort, consistency and a plan. That is the reason why I propose an Online Coaching of 9 months, for those that really want to take up around a year to get what they want fitness and body wise.
With this plan, we will have more than enough team to dissect cycles where we can do bulking, cutting, recomp, target a bit more X lift and Y muscle, let W tendon rest and Z muscles surcompensate.
All the trainees that took up this options saw significant improvements in :
- Strength (basic and isolation lifts)
- Muscle mass (both the targeted muscles groups and the others)
- Fat loss (improved metabolism and lean tissue mass burn more kcal)
- Less pain and aches (I take up seriously the health side of the sport and bulletproof as much as I can the joints)
- More cardiovascular and work capacity (ie do same in less time or do more in same amount of time)

We will be working via Smart Sport Coaching app, a wonderful tool for online coaching, where we will have everything we need : logbook, meal plan, direct message software, measurements, steps a day, hours of sleep and weight tracking, files sharing and weekly check-in. You will also be able to contact me on What’s App, e-mail and/or Instagram. Whatever suits you. This plan also give me ample time to get to know how you respond and work, for us to really push and dig deep in your potential. I never go over 25-30 trainees with my online coaching service because I want it to be affordable, high quality and purposeful for the both of us. If you believe it’s too pricy or just aren’t sure about a 9 months online coaching duration, you can check my 3 months and 6 months options. I ain’t married to any particular way of training, dieting etc, but the basics will always be a cornerstone of bodybuilding, meaning, I will always push for full body and half body routines before trying something more specific, sleep 8h and having good various whole foods. If you prefer to get 300 bucks of supplements, sleep 5h a night and live off pre workout and caffeine pills with a double P/P/L program rather than that, I do not believe I can do much for you.
