Bro, we’re three weeks in and I’m already seeing and feeling a difference. Exercise selection is spot on and the small tips you gave me are already adding up. It’s like I knew what all the pieces were, but you are helping me put them all together! Thank you man, it’s also motivating me to get in there and keep going 💪🦵

Hey, coach! I’ve been following the program for 3 months now.
It’s really a pleasure to train this way. My performance is improving with every session, and my physical condition has come a long way. I can feel my shoulders starting to get a little tired, but it’s still very mild. Would you recommend doing some kind of deload or switching up the exercises? Have a great day, bro
Paul
Hey, coach! Hope you’re doing well?
Just a quick update after two months on the program. Three full-body workouts per week, no cardio—and I’ve really gained strength in all the exercises. I’m now at 74 kg (+3 kg) after three weeks of vacation.

I’d like to take this opportunity in this final recap to express my most sincere thanks to you. I’m truly satisfied with the guidance I’ve received and what it’s done for me. You’ve helped me realize a lot of things, and I’ve felt much less lost ever since.
Thanks to you, I had a great time during lockdown not that I expected it to be an insurmountable challenge, but without real guidance and support, my approach to training and diet would have been much more hesitant.

Stupid split squats good damn it!!! Make me go huff n puff 😂
Funny observation – as the aches and pains go away, lam starting to miss the volume. 😂
All, so far I can say, I liked the initial push pull best. The full body broke me, the lower volume now is building me back up. Thank you 🙏🏻

Axel really took the time to research and help me make progress without needing
medication. He kept things simple, stopped me from overthinking, and focused on a natural approach that felt doable. Whenever stuff came up, he was always there with support and encouragement. And of course, I saw solid progress on my lifts. I’m really glad I had the opportunity – highly recommend!

I don’t know what to say except thank you once again for everything you’ve done for me. You’re such a good listener; you took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me, it was really great.
