Article 6 — Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Given the nature of the services and digital products offered — which include personalised coaching, consultations, and downloadable content — Hersovyac operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.

The no-refund policy applies to all services and products, including but not limited to:

1-to-1 and group coaching programmes
Personalised training and nutrition plans
Consultations and advisory sessions
E-books and other digital downloads

Exceptions may be considered solely in cases of proven fraudulent or unauthorised use of payment credentials (stolen identity, compromised card, or bank details). In such cases, the Visitor must provide supporting documentation and contact Hersovyac promptly at hersovyac@gmail.com.

Promotional codes and referral codes are issued at the sole discretion of Hersovyac . They carry no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are valid only for the period and under the conditions specified at the time of issue.
