The purpose of this coaching

I will design your very own detailed, customized and all-encompassing program to help you change within only 6 months, even if you are starting from scratch. Doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner, have some experience but want to improve/branch out, or are an expert/athlete.

First of all, the purpose is for you to feel accepted and supported by a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who will know at a glance what you need, and what is required to achieve it.

You will succeed in building an attractive shape, increasing your strength and size and being stronger. You’ll gain as much muscle as possible and significantly increase the muscular definition throughout your entire body.

That will also get you to develop the mindset of a leader, as you’ll discover your physical and mental abilities.

In the long term, you will grow higher self-esteem, get more confident about what life has to offer.

What does this comprehensive program include?

A personal and hyper customized approach, whether special circumstances apply to you or not (joint injury, different medical condition…):

  • A Questionnaire: this is the first step to providing you with the best individually designed program. The questionnaire will help me get to know you, evaluate your fitness levels and set your goals.
  • Smart Sport Coaching app software for a easy to check-in and follow plan with your program, diet, check-in and personal datas accessible for me to check at anytime with a direct message option.
  • A Safe and Individually Designed Nutritional Fat Loss Meal Plan that’s catered to your nutrition needs, depending on your tastes, allergies and religious/ethical choices. This Weight Loss diet is not based on a huge caloric deficit or a starvation method. It includes a well-balanced nutritional system with a broad range of various ingredients, so you can still eat the foods you enjoy while getting the results you deserve.
  • Warm-up and Post Workout Stretching Protocols inspired by Yoga and top athletes’ preparations. This is essential to manage the recovery process.

    J’ai été suivi par Axel pendant 11 mois sur le training, la diète et quelques sessions de posing. Je n’ai jamais autant progressé que depuis que l’on a travaillé ensemble ! Axel est très humble mais également très compétent et disponible. J’ai pu découvrir des séances au format originaux mais personnalisé à soi. Axel se débrouille même pour vous faire des séances selon le placement des machines / bancs / haltères.. à la salle pour optimiser au mieux vos séances. Axel sera également présent pour vous donner des conseils, vous suivre au mieux selon vos besoins et vos retours de bilan. Axel est un passionné dans de sport qui sera également vous le transmettre. C’est impossible de ne pas progresser avec Axel t’en sur le plan physique / mental et même posing si vous le souhaitez.
