Who we are
This website, hersovyac.com, is run by Hersovyac LLP, registered in England and Wales under number OC458986, registered office: 24-26 Arcadia Avenue Fin009, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom. For any question about your personal data, write to hersovyac@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Orders: name, email, billing address, phone number if given, and the products you buy. Card details are entered on our payment providers’ forms and never reach us.
- Coaching: the answers to the intake questionnaire (age, height, weight, sex, activity level, health issues, food preferences) and the photos and check-ins you send. This information is used only to build and adjust your program.
- Account: if you create an account, your login details, order history and downloads.
- Contact and newsletter: the messages you send through the contact form, and your email if you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by our hosting, security tools and audience measurement.
Why we use it
- To process your orders, deliver your ebooks and run your coaching (performance of a contract).
- To answer your messages (legitimate interest).
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent; you can unsubscribe in every email).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To protect the site against spam and fraud, and to measure its audience (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service:
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal and WooPayments (Automattic).
- Coaching: Ekklo, the app used for programs and check-ins.
- Newsletter: Mailchimp.
- Audience measurement and spam protection: Google (Site Kit, reCAPTCHA) and Akismet.
- Hosting: Hostinger.
Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. They are bound by the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting data: 6 years, as required by law.
- Coaching data: for the duration of the coaching, then [durée] after it ends.
- Account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed for the cart, checkout and your account, and audience measurement cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hersovyac@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority of your country.
