Posing is the most direct, expressive and effective way to showcase and present all the hard work you’ve put into shaping your physique.
You can spend countless hours in the gym, follow a carefully tailored diet, get enough sleep, sculpt and transform your body to bring a lagging part of your body to life, but it’s all in vain if you don’t know how to show yourself properly on stage or in photographs. Using my experience and knowledge as an Online Posing Coach, I can assist you in displaying the best version of yourself.
If you think about it, the greatest athletes of all time, those who made history and continue to inspire millions of people today, were those who possessed both the best physique and the ability to display it to its maximum potential:
- Steve Reeves was blessed with superhero proportions, but he also knew how to show them off to their highest extent.
- Arnold Schwarzenegger’s upper body had unsuspected peaks and thickness, yet he knew how to emphasize his broad chest and arms while hiding his quite blocky and large waist.
- Frank Zane was sculpted like a living statue and knew exactly how to pose on stage, making himself so eye-pleasing that he beat competitors who were considerably bigger, despite not being the biggest or most remarkable athlete of the Silver Era bodybuilders.
Mike Mentzer, Mohammed Makkawy, Bob Paris, Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone… the list could go on and on.

You can create your own personal “picturesque” physique through various poses by highlighting your strongest features while minimizing your weakest ones, understand what is lacking, what is underperforming, and, of course, get to know what is/are your strength(s).
After watching hundreds of videos, photos, and learning to pose at the end of workouts, between sets, with and without mirror, my experience as an athlete and bodybuilder taught me how to pose. My goal was to be the greatest I could be in photographs and on stage. As a result, despite my stocky and hefty physique, I’ve been complimented and rewarded for my graceful posing and ability to stand out on countless occasions.

Posing sessions last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes online. Although that may appear to be a short time frame, it is exactly what it takes. Because you must master coordination, proprioception, muscular control, breathing patterns, and physical techniques, posing requires extra focus and a lot of energy. You’re putting your body and mind under the same strain as when you dance or practice martial arts – I’ve done both, and they’re exhausting. Then there’s the repetition. We’re talking about repetition, repetition, repetition: in order to be flawless on D day, your pose must be automatic and well imprinted in muscle memory.
