Classic Physique Posing is the most direct, expressive and effective way to showcase and present all the hard work you’ve put into shaping the ideal physique.
As a bodybuilding champion, I know how dramatic the difference is between a huge burly athlete who, despite his development seems like a fish out of the water when posing, and a smooth, statuesque, god-like athlete who smoothly goes pose by pose on screen or on stage, with perfect breathing control, transitions and know his poses to a T.
As a fan of bodybuilding history and culture, I of course got interested quite a lot in Classic Physique Posing style, how they emulate classic greek era, the Bronze Era of Bodybuilding and Silver Era of Bodybuilding via their posing, inspired by ancient greek gods and heroes statues and paintings. You can spend countless hours in the gym, follow a carefully tailored diet, get enough sleep, sculpt and transform your body to bring a lagging part of your body to life, but it’s all in vain if you don’t know how to present it.
Using my experience and knowledge as a Posing Coach, I propose to you this Classic Physique Posing Pack to learn the 8 mandatory poses, 4 quarter poses and 8 classic poses (and their variations) of your choice , and the transitions and flow that can go with it in 12 sessions. One to two weekly sessions for you to become the best poser you can be in 6-12 weeks.
Posing sessions last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes online. Although that may appear to be a short time frame, it is exactly what it takes. Because you must master coordination, proprioception, muscular control, breathing patterns, and physical techniques, posing requires extra focus and a lot of energy. You’re putting your body and mind under the same strain as when you dance or practice martial arts – I’ve done both, and they’re exhausting. Then there’s the repetition. We’re talking about repetition, repetition, repetition: in order to be flawless on D day, your pose must be automatic and well imprinted in muscle memory. Trust me on this, both as a posing coach and a competitive athlete.
You will learn to grasp the concept and requirements of each poses and how you can create your own personal “picturesque” physique through various poses by highlighting your strongest features while minimizing your weakest ones, understand what is lacking, what is under performing, and, of course, get to know what is/are your strength(s).
After watching hundreds of videos, photos, and learning to pose at the end of workouts, between sets, with and without mirror, my experience as an athlete and bodybuilder taught me how to pose. My goal was to be the greatest I could be in photographs and on stage. As a result, despite my stocky and hefty physique, I’ve been complimented and rewarded for my graceful posing and ability to stand out on countless occasions.
