In 2021, being in a pretty rough shape already, I had a motorbike accident that left me crippled for months. It resulted in me closing in on 30 years old and being in my worst shape ever. What I hadn’t lost by bedridden was definitely covered by a fat layer with terrible diet and a stereotypical “skinny fat” look. Furthermore, mental health was the perfect image of the physique too.
In a motivation burst, I decide to get myself back on trail. But my case being catastrophic if not desperate, I realized I needed a professional, a coach. But not anybody. Like I said above, I was a former high level athlete, with a good education training wise. Even though it made me have some good primary results, I unfortunately stalled pretty quickly and hard. I was beginning to lose motivation and drive, thinking that I couldn’t do better and much more.
