Description
I ain’t going to sugarcoat it, most online programs suck.
Why ?
Because they are either made by incompetents people, or some random AI digging up the most cookie cutter and basic stuff, just because it comes out the most often in it’s database. Most are split, and any upper lower program you could find is most likely something that has been copy pasted at least a thousand times.
No thanks.
Fortunately, after more than a decade of training as a bodybuilder who wasn’t afraid to check in on some powerlifting, odd lifting, weightlifting and such, as well as half that time working as a strength training professional, personal trainer and sport nutritionist, I am now able to give back the real deal, and omit the eternal nitpicking and useless stuffs most online forums love to debate upon.
As such, I decide to write this upper lower program ebook as a way to help anyone better understand the way to systematize and work through a program, as well as giving multiple examples and the necessary knowledge to move forward on your own.
This Upper Lower program ebook contains :
- A general functional anatomy education course
- An educated walkthrough to programming and understanding it
- How to determine what needs individualization and what doesn’t
- About 18 programs to get you going, from beginner to advanced, for home gym bros as well as mature lifters, for busy men as well as bored youngsters who want to train every day, along with my own current upper/lower split, plus some upper/lower training programs from legends of bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman and weightlifting worlds
- Key terms and general FAQ to make you immediately smarter than 90% of gym rats
- Warm-up and post training stretches guide, because that’s as important as training itself
- Many pictures to fuel that fire you got to become a strong, bigger, better version of yourself
I compiled the experiences of 11 years of training, 6 years of coaching and training about 500 people and endless afternoons and nights in books and on Internet to learn the most and the best.
Download with trust.

Great ebook, programs of a wide range of experiences levels and situations. However in my opinion what gave this a good rating for me, was how it explained how differen’t anthropometry would influcence your exercises selection, volume and and frequency of lifts. Very cool and interesting addition!

I want to thank Hersovyac for the hard work and dedication he put into making this book. It was easy to see once I started reading it and couldn’t put it down. I’ve read it 3 times and each time has been an enjoyment. The little things like different body structures influencing exercises are a blessing. The assortment of programs is amazing especially for someone like me who lifts at home. Best money I’ve ever spent.

I just finished reading Axel’s book and man the knowledge I gained on this is incredible.
This book is both very complete in terms of exercice selection and strength level specificity ( no cookie cutter here ) .
He also used some great humor in his writing style and awesome photos of him and elites athletes to illustrate his points.
He clearly stated that this book is not meant for athletes who need very individualized training ( obviously they need a dedicated coach ) I appreciate his honestly unlike 90% of snake oil salesmen ( cough cough* fitness influencers )
I’ll definetly try the advanced upper lower program
Thank you HERSOVYAC

First of all, this ebook is packed with useful information in injury prevention which proved to be effective in getting rid of all of my joints discomfort that I had accumulated by performing lifts that just weren’t suited for me. The warm-up, stretching and bone structure chapters impacted my training in a positive way.
Furthermore, there is a wide variety of programs in this book but I’m currently sticking to the intermediate one and I really see myself keeping this structure for the years to come. Programmed with a well thought-out balance between training and recovery. This ebook also explains how to manipulate different training variable such as volume or intensity which makes the programs customizable to fit your own needs.
To conclude, in terms of results, I made quite good progress in spite of the heat wave interfering with my sleep and nutrition. The body parts where I noticed the most gains are the arms, delts and glutes (triceps are literally blowing up).
I vividly recommend this ebook for anyone looking for information on upper/lower splits and training in general from beginners all the way up to advanced lifters.

I purchased the upper lower book yesterday, just finished reading through it today. Very great stuff. If you’re looking for a program there are many options listed in the book. If you want more general lifting and programing knowledge to apply to your own program, there is plenty of that included as well. 10/10 recommend. I will be applying a lot to my current upper lower split and I look forward to running a few of the ones provided in my next training cycle
