Simply put: I’m a Certified Online Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Posing Coach, with a *slight* interest in natural Bodybuilding and the classic physiques of the Silver Era. After practicing over 8 years of Tai Jitsu, Yoga, swimming, athletics and combat sport on a regular basis, doing gym workouts for days on end, all coupled together with my strong passion for sports, the humanities, social topics, human anatomy, strength training, nutrition and wildlife, led me to dedicate most of my time to entrepreneurship, bodybuilding and personal growth.
This is how Hersovyac’s website was born, with the purpose to help people train, thrive, grow and live their life to the fullest. You will find here all the resources and the knowledge to successfully achieve your goals, as well as effective and consistent support to sharpen your body like a mighty axe, and polish your mind and willpower as an invincible shield!
What drives me?
🔸 Training. Instructing.
🔸 Supporting. Guiding.
🔸 Protecting. Shielding.
Viking people were self-assured, trustworthy, fearless, steady and steady, with a solid physical structure to prove it. They were constantly aware of what was happening around them. I believe that you must be willing to step into life‘s storms to truly understand what you’re made of, and what you capable of. This is why I live by some of their good sense-based principles.
I value strength, courage, dedication and competition
Mind ya, we’re not necessarily talking about destruction here, but rather deconstruction and adjustment. Positivity and mindset are key in this process of transforming your body and your life. For this reason, I am also committed to listening, non-judging, and being genuine. I excel at this because I put my heart and soul into it.
Why Hersovyac?
What the heck is even that kind of name?
Well, it goes back to a dream I had when I was about 13-14 years old. I dreamed I was a Norse warrior, going Viking (aka raiding) onto most likely were Saxon grounds. It was already twilight, I was in a berthing longship and could already see fires coming from a village in the distance, while soldiers were firing arrows at our Drakkar. I was the first one to jump into the knee-length freezing water, heading to the beach. My mates and I gathered together and crawled in the sand as we shielded ourselves and held axes.
When we joined the battle, the bloodshed escalated. I was at the forefront of hacking and slashing everything. Toward the end of our battle, someone on my left shouted Hersovyac’s name, and I was the one who turned to look at him. Then, all I could see was just a bunch of blurred shapes of people with braided hair in the mist. As soon as I woke up, that vision stuck with me.
Years later, I began wearing the Mjollnir pendant my best friend asked me to keep for him. And here I am! I have searched for information about that name, trying to discover if it has ever existed. The only names that came up close to Hersovyac were Hariwulafar, Heaingaerr and Diergaevarr.
That said, I do enjoy Nature, wilderness, action but also self-reflection. I still bear that proud sense of being a strong living element that is purposefully fulfilling a humble role in the everyday world.
No pain, no gain!
What I am most excited about, as you’ve probably already guessed, is enjoying everything Nature provides us with and helping it grow whenever possible. I advocate NaturalBodybuilding.
I have an uncompromising vision to always try to push the limits, to look beyond the standard and set the direction for training hard and improving my body shape and composition without cheating. It took me years of workouts, endless hours at the gym and unwavering commitment to achieve that result:
Efficient and hard workis the REAL challenge.
I’ve studied osteopathy, dieting, nutrition and psychology to foster my all-encompassing vision and approach of the human body. I just love reading and I crave learning every day. Strong technical grounding, a high level of individual preparation and a willingness to seek challenges have forged who I am today. Check out the bottom of this page for some resources and information I would like to share with you!
To all of my readers complaining that natural Bodybuilding can’t take you anywhere and that you have to take steroids and PED’s (‘cause you know, it’s just ”a little goes a long way” thing): relax. I’ve taken the long way home, and I’m proud of my achievements so far!
Now, I could say that the Captain has already sailed all over the world and is now a pirate!
To me, bodybuilding isn’t just about packing on mass and mass and getting bigger and bigger. It is about building a healthy body that is a powerful, beautiful, supple, graceful reminiscence of the Classic Era. A body that looks strong and grounded, yet agile. Aggressive, yet balanced and dynamic.
The legends of the Bronze, Silver and Golden Era of Bodybuilding had amazingly ripped yet classic bodies, not the over-pumped and unnatural steroid bodybuilders of today. They achieved this without injecting themselves with synthetic anabolic steroids. It was all natural, done through proper diet and exercise routines.
You build your body by science, but you need ARTand PASSIONto display it at its full potential.
